Autumn adventure

I've been traveling with the lovely and talented Laura Veirs and her band and her baby, Oz, for the Warp and Weft 2013 tour and have uploaded way too many pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/40896266@N03/

It's been a magical adventure for sure.  Highlights for me included van ride harmonies, a cappella versions of the Muppet Show theme by LV's band Alex Guy, Karl Blau and Matt Berger as well as countless Oz-a-roo moments such as baby's first swimming pool experience and the beginnings of nonsense talk.  I've walked Oz to sleep down cobbled city streets I had never visited before, eaten giant desserts backstage, tour managed my first tour, and made friends that I'll never forget.

At home in my illustration studio it's time to wrap up work on Donelle Malnik's soon to be hot off the presses book/7" called Ghost in the Music, which I illustrated.  Here's one of the illustrations I made for it:

Working on recording new songs, new drawings, and settling into to new home in Portland, Oregon.  Updates to be posted in the coming fall.
